Covid-19
As your teacher, I follow the guidelines below:
-
If I am experiencing any Covid-19-like symptoms, I will promptly inform you and I will only teach virtually.
-
I take a twice-weekly Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Lateral Flow Test. If I have a positive test result, or if I have knowingly been a close contact of someone with Covid-19, I will only teach virtually.
-
I continue to wear a face mask during lessons.
-
I wash my hands between each lesson.
-
All touch points are sanitised between each lesson.
-
The teaching space is as naturally ventilated as possible during and between lessons, dependent on the weather.
-
I endeavor to allow a gap between each lesson to ensure students don't come into direct contact. This however is not always possible and lessons may be back to back.
In addition, I ask my students to follow the guidelines below:
-
If you are experiencing any Covid-19-like symptoms, do not attend your lesson. A virtual lesson will be offered in lieu if you let me know within 12 hours of your lesson.
-
If you test positive for Covid-19 or if you have knowingly had close contact with someone with Covid-19, promptly inform me if you have attended a face-to-face piano lesson within 2 days of your Covid-19 positive test result or exposure.
-
Use the hand sanitiser provided before and after your lesson.
-
Students under 18 years old are permitted to be accompanied to lessons, but only by a maximum of one person.
-
Where possible, make contactless payment via mobile banking.
-
Face coverings are not mandatory but you are of course welcome to wear one should you wish to.
